Party411 Events has planned hundreds of unique and memorable Bar and Bat Mitzvahs over the past 20 years. If you want a full proposal from start to finish or you are just looking for invitations, programs, seating cards, centerpieces or other decor, we can help!

Our incredible staff of talented individuals has the ability to create a one-of-a-kind event you will never forget. We work within your budget to deliver an original and innovative Bar and/or Bat Mitzvah in any time frame. With our extensive knowledge of various Jewish traditions, we can insure that no detail will be overlooked. We also offer design services along with custom centerpieces, signage, props and unique party favors. In addition most of our personalized products are produced in-house at Party411, and we can source whatever you else you might need (kipot, lighting, entertainment, catering, etc.) from our pool of dedicated vendors–making us a one-stop-shop for your special event.

Standard Services

Our standard services include theme development, decorations, signage, linen suggestions, entertainment ideas, vendor suggestions, menu input as well as coordinating rentals, providing hotel baskets, invitations and more.

Full Coordination – We Do it All

We are happy to provide full event coordination to make your life as easy as possible.  We can “hold your hand through all” – mailing your invitations, attending meetings with all vendors/caterers, working with your entertainers, coordinating hotel reservations and transportation, assisting you with plans for the Shabbat dinner and Sunday brunch if need be, plus whatever is necessary.

  • Step 1: Send us an email through our contact form we’ll find a time to meet to discuss your event. You’re welcome to bring your child with you to the consultation!

  • Step 2: At our first meeting, we will go over details of your event and discuss your needs for the event. The most fun is working together to choose a theme for your event. We have never had a child leave our first meeting NOT loving a theme idea

  • Step 3: We will send you a contract and take an initial deposit to secure Party411’s services for your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah date. We take a deposit, half of which is applied to the balance of your event. (For full coordination, the coordination fee is in lieu of a décor deposit).

  • Step 4: So that you can stay within your budget, all clients receive a full proposal with a variety of décor ideas for your event.  This is a pick and choose proposal. We work together to add or delete any items to fit your vision for your event. After the initial choices, we provide an Excel spreadsheet so that you know exactly what you are spending, and we update it as time goes on and changes are made.

  • Step 5: We get to work taking your choices and creating the event of your dreams! Party411 sets up everything the day of your event so all you have to do is arrive ready to celebrate! Our installation fees are based on the amount of time it will take to set up and the number of staff needed. Our staff are also available to stay at your event to make sure everything is running smoothly.
